I would not presume to speak on her behalf, but I do believe I know her well enough that you would not hold her interest if you were "just" anything in her eyes. I imagine she would scold you for speaking of yourself that way if she knew, in fact.

Which is to say, yes, I am, in your words, a "goddamn princess," and I carry the duties expected of that title with pride, but... ultimately, I am as much of a displaced refugee as anyone else known as "mirrorbound" in this strange world. I likely would not find myself in the company of many friends here if I attempted to throw my title around as though it meant anything more than an explanation for my mannerisms, I think.

Which itself was something Shadow actually teased me quite a bit about when we first met, but I digress. Please, do not think I expect anything but the same respect you would afford anyone you shared an acquaintance with.
