You need not apologize, Ginia, for I am quite grateful for your generosity and for keeping me in mind. Indeed, I would quite like to see anything that might be considered useful in unraveling the mysteries behind this organization. The more minds working on this, the better chance we have at countering them in the future, I believe.

I just have one question: what is "surveillance footage"?

Surveillance footage are videos taken from security cameras recording a fixed position over a long term duration. They're primarily used for security purposes. For example, if a robbery was to occur in an area recorded by a security camera, the subsequent video could possibly identify the robber or at least identify the time period the crime took place.

In this situation, we have footage surveying a parking lot of a frequently used rest stop on the route toward the town, as well as a restaurant one might reasonably stop at after a long journey. We believe there's the chance of identifying cars that have made repeat visits to the area (hopefully driven by members of the cult) or even members themselves. It's a long shot, but we're hoping we might even identify "Sensei" himself.

I will note the amount of video obtained is literal days worth. I hardly expect anyone to watch all the footage by themself, but even observing a few hours can make a difference. Hakkai plans on recruiting his numerous followers to assist in the task.

On that note, do you have a television or computer?

We do have a television, yes. Minako makes more use of it than I do, but I do not think she would mind if I borrowed it for a while to contribute to this effort. I shall help however much I can.

Why would they need joy brought to them? Are they all right?

I hurt them deeply and in a way not easily remedied. It is selfish involving you in a mess of my making, but I care enough I don't want to see them alone right now.
